• I didn’t receive the email with my download(s)!?

Please check your spam box as some email servers may put it there by mistake. If you can’t find your email, please wait for a few minutes as some email servers may take up to 5-10 minutes to refresh.

If you have multiple email addresses, please double-check your email address is the one you entered during your purchase and make sure you’re checking the inbox that corresponds to your purchase email address.

• Are payments secure?

Yes. Payments are processed and secured by PayPal, through our mother company’s PayPal account (EYE3 GROUP Ltd.).

• How will I receive my downloads?

Once your payment is complete, you will be redirected to your downloads page and receive a confirmation email with download links.
